Mother, Woman, Expert

What are my needs?
As a woman? As a mother?
What makes me happy?
And where has all my (the) time gone?

Children can be a great enrichment, but can also overwhelm us at times. Maybe not everything we as mothers do always succeeds, but all mothers try their best to make their children grow up happy. It is important to not forget oneself, and to switch from the perspective “How can I organize everything?” to “This is what is good for me and my children”.

The free six part course „ Mother, Woman, Expert” wants to offer support, inspiration, exchange, and knowledge. Invited are all (expecting) mothers of all cultures, that are interested in occupying themselves with the topics of womanhood and motherhood, and that are interested in bringing more awareness of these topics into their everyday lives.

Childcare is possible on site. The course is held in German (B1-B2) and in another language with translation

Our next course:

April 17th – May 29th, 2024 every Wednesday (except May 1st) from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m in the Paunsdorf family centre. The course is held in german and in arabic.
